& Company is a private investment and management firm with offices
in the United States and Europe. Gerhard Andlinger started the firm in 1976 and Andlinger & Company became an early participant in the purchase of leveraged corporate divestitures. Our pursuit of turnaround targets established our reputation and our focus on operations. Our team has completed over 80 transactions. Andlinger & Company is in the business of building enduring profitability for the businesses we acquire. We look for growth potential when analyzing a company and have the financial, operational and strategic resources to add real value. We're a nimble firm able to work quickly, discreetly and confidentially. We are seeking controlling positions in companies or corporate divisions valued in the €20 million to €200 million range, or larger under special circumstances. |
